Bailey Hebert, LMSW
Therapist (She / Her)
I believe therapy should be a space where you can truly be yourself—where you can take a deep breath, share your thoughts, and feel supported as you work through life’s challenges. But beyond that, I also want to help you rediscover the joy and lightheartedness that can sometimes feel lost. Life can get heavy, but I truly believe that by reconnecting with the beauty and even the silliness in everyday moments, you can find a sense of freedom and peace again.

Growth
Growth is at the heart of my practice, and I’m here to support you as you explore, learn, and evolve at your own pace. Together, we’ll create a space where you can embrace transformation and move toward the person you’re meant to be.
01.
Belonging
I believe that belonging is at the core of all true healing work, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, accepted, and understood. Here, you can be yourself without judgment, and together, we’ll work to nurture your connection with yourself and the world around you.
02.
Mindfulness
I integrate mindfulness to help you stay present and connected to the moment. Together, we’ll explore techniques to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and foster a deeper sense of peace and clarity in your everyday life.
03.
Outside of Work
How do you relax?
I have the same hobbies as most grandmothers and will gladly spend my Friday night doing a puzzle or working on my latest craft.
What are your astrological signs?
I’m a Pisces sun with a Leo rising, so I love a good cry and telling a great story. My Gemini moon has me forever wanting to find new ways to explore and express my thoughts and feelings.
If you weren’t a therapist, what would you be doing?
Most likely curating art for a museum or working in a bookstore. I’m obsessed with finding ways to reflect our internal beauty into the outside world- especially by utilizing a poem, story, or painting that represents all of our complexities.

Experience
Bailey has worked with palliative care teams, co-occurring outpatient facilities, and residential treatment programs, where she learned the importance of meeting people where they are. These experiences shaped her holistic, compassionate approach to therapy, helping individuals navigate challenges like illness, addiction, and trauma. In her private practice, Bailey uses this real-world experience to support clients in building resilience and finding peace, always walking alongside them at their own pace.
My Space

I meet at a separate office location. We can share more details once you get scheduled for the first appointment.

“I think it’s brave that you get up in the morning even if your soul is weary and your bones ache for a rest
I think it’s brave that you keep on living even if you don’t know how to anymore
I think it’s brave that you push away the waves rolling in every day and you decide to fight
I know there are days when you feel like giving up, but I think it’s brave that you never do.”
